Kevin Manner

Mr. Manner brings over 15 years of experience to the team. He is responsible for the company’s direction, strategic planning, financial management, quality control and investment strategies. He formed these companies based on his education, sales and management experience and industry knowledge gained as owner of Cardinal Enterprises, LLC dba National Property Inspections and Black Door Properties, LLC. He has held positions with Flooring and Restoration Services, Takeda Pharmaceuticals and the U.S. Navy. He is licensed by the state of Texas as a Professional Property Inspector and holds a Masters Degree from West Virginia University and a Bachelors Degree from John Carroll University. He holds Designations and Licenses through the Texas Residential Construction Commission (TRCC), Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and Texas Department of Insurance (TDI). He is an Affiliate Member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors. He is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and is well traveled, having lived in multiple states over the course of his career before making the San Antonio, Texas area his permanent home.

  Charles Guzman

Mr. Guzman merged his Custom Home / Multi Family Construction and Real Estate Investment Operation with Mesa Development Group, LLC to form Mesa View Builders, LLC and Mesa View Properties, LLC. He brings over twenty years of construction and real estate experience to the team. He is responsible for the company’s strategic planning, project and contractor management, material acquisition, quality control and investment strategies. He has held positions including real estate sales with Coldwell Banker, Century 21 and The Home Team and manager of sales and service operations for Cheyenne Services, Inc. He has completed continuing education through TREC, TNRCC, TDI and Texas A & M University as well as International studies at ITESM, Technological Institute of Monterrey in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He holds Designations and Licenses through the Texas Residential Construction Commission (TRCC), Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC) and Texas Department of Insurance (TDI). He is fluent in Spanish and a native of San Antonio.

  John Briggs – Real Estate Broker

Mr. Briggs brings 20 years of management and 10 years of Real Estate Sales and Investment Management to the Mesa View Properties, LLC, team. He started his Real Estate career here in San Antonio with Bradfield Properties and Prudential Classic Realty before taking the position as Broker with Mesa View Properties. He is responsible for the company’s strategic planning, investor relations and development, investment strategies, agent management and real estate brokerage services. He has experience with listing services, sales, property investment strategies and lender foreclosures. He was licensed through the Texas Real Estate Commission as a Realtor in 2003 and as a Broker in 2007. He is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
